Scheveningen has always been a fishing port, so on Friday we went to the harbor to see the fishing boats. They’re really big! And the fish at the snack shop is really delicious.

When I was your age, or perhaps a little older, I used ot sit on a bollard at harbor side and watch the ships coming and going…..Harbors and ships are just great! Go visit the harbor again and have a Nieuwe Haring for me, when the first catchcomes in. Opa
